Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Banana Blaster: Rogue Drones ("the App"), developed by Tiger Team Games ("we", "us", "our").
By downloading or using the App you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

The App requests access to your device's back (rear-facing) camera solely to detect the position of a banana used as a game controller. Camera images are processed in real time, entirely on-device, and are never recorded, stored, or transmitted. You may revoke camera access at any time through your device settings, though this will disable the banana-controller feature.
The App, including all graphics, audio, code, and design, is owned by Tiger Team Games and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The App is sold as a one-time purchase of €2.99. It contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. All content is included in the purchase price. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid content in future versions, with clear disclosure at the time of any such change.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiger Team Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (€2.99).
Banana Blaster: Rogue Drones involves holding a phone in one hand and a banana in the other, extending the banana in front of the phone's back camera while watching the screen. Please ensure you have adequate space around you, take regular breaks, and stop playing if you feel discomfort. We are not responsible for any injury, property damage, or mess resulting from banana-related gameplay.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination you must destroy all copies of the App in your possession. We may also terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
